All Paolette orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Switzerland, within 2–4 business days.
- Switzerland: free shipping, delivered in 2–3 business days
- Europe: shipping costs calculated at checkout, delivered in 5–7 business days
- Rest of the world: shipping costs calculated at checkout, delivered in 10–15 business days

Return Policy
Due to the limited and seasonal nature of our releases, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your tote arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@paolette.ch within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue, we'll do our best to make it right.
